End of the Season Report Cards: Philadelphia 76ers

This season for Philly was just more embarrassment as they tried to achieve GM Sam Hinkie's "Process". Tanking games to have a higher lottery pick this year, the Sixers were a brutal team to watch. Thier final record was 10-72, even the Warriors had less losses than how many games the Sixers won.

OFFENSE: D+
Ranked: 29th in PPG/ 20 APG

We all know the 76ers are just awful. Thier offense was probably the brightest spot on their team. With the frontcourt of Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor, the Sixers have high potential. And with the hopeful debut of Joel Embiid next year, along with the first overall pick in the draft, this grade should significantly rise.

DEFENSE: D-
Ranked: 30th in RPG/ 29th OPPG

Even worse than their offense is the Sixer's defense. Ranked dead last in the league in rebounds and 2nd to last in opponents points per game tell you all you need to know. Even though the Sixers have been known for their bigs, they can't seem to get any boards. Hopefully, that will change next year under new general manager Jerry Colangelo.

OVERALL: D

The Sixers previous 3 seasons have been pitiful. But their future does look bright. They have their two bigs, Dario Saric and Joel Embiid recovering from their injuries by next year and have Okafor and Noel. It might be a problem to keep so any bigs which is why there have been various trade rumors for Noel and Okafor. They do have the first overall pick this year also which could be a big turnout in either Ingram or Ben Simmons. But as far as this season, they have been nothing short of miserable.
